Job summary

Jazal Engineering & Contracting in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and onboard new hires across engineering and technical roles.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, agencies and referrals, screen CVs, conduct interviews with department heads, and prepare offers while maintaining a current candidate database in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience within the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience recruiting white-collar, engineering and technical employees.
• Familiarity with UAE employment practices and construction-sector manpower requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Source and recruit white-collar professionals, including engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, commercial staff, HSE professionals and other technical personnel.
• Develop and manage effective talent-attraction channels for recruitment across all levels of the company.
• Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, universities and professional networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
• Prepare job descriptions, offer letters and recruitment reports.
• Maintain an updated candidate database.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation, notice periods and joining formalities.
