Job summary

Socium is seeking a Compliance Manager to own UAE regulatory, labour and contractual compliance for the contractors we place. You will design governance, build processes and implement technology to move fast without risk.

You will partner with leadership, delivery and finance to embed compliance-by-design, manage licences and visas, and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and regulators. Experience scaling compliance programs is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR compliance and payroll experience in staffing or contracting.
• Experience designing scalable compliance processes for growing businesses.
• Knowledge of UAE commercial and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance for contractor and client contracts, including drafting, negotiation support, and renewal tracking.
• Design and embed repeatable compliance processes across onboarding, management, and off-boarding.
• Maintain UAE licences, MOHRE registrations, and PDPL considerations.
• Manage external service-provider relationships and handle regulatory updates.
• Lead audits, close gaps with action plans, and communicate risk to leadership.
• Partner with sales, delivery, and finance to bake governance into workflows.
