Job summary

Hubpay Limited is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to lead and scale our regulatory program in the UAE, working with ADGM and FSRA. You will own the compliance arrangements across both business and retail products and drive risk-based monitoring and policy governance.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and operations to embed compliance into development lifecycles, manage regulatory reporting, and lead audits to ensure timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance at a regulated financial services firm.
• Experience with UAE regulators (FSRA/DFSA/CBUAE) engagement.
• Prior designation as Compliance Officer or Approved/Recognised Person.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Hubpay’s compliance arrangements across business and retail products.
• Engage with ADGM, FSRA and regulators; manage regulatory reporting and notifications.
• Design and run a risk-based compliance monitoring programme; track findings to closure.
• Maintain policy suite and regulatory change process; oversee regulatory returns.
