Malt is growing its Global Community team and seeks a Community builder UAE to drive platform adoption and loyalty among local freelancers. You will connect with key profiles, run engaging programs, and deliver local events that translate into business value.

We expect 5 years in the Middle East, strong relationship skills, and autonomy to shape the local community strategy while aligning with global initiatives. This role offers hybrid work and a Paris onboarding path.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Project management or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in the Middle East, ideally in the UAE.
• Professional fluency in English; French and/or Arabic advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Strategic community building: scale a high-quality ecosystem by engaging freelancers through events, content, and 1:1 interactions.
• Local Expert Engagement & Content: design an event roadmap and content strategy tailored to the UAE.
• Business Alignment & Cross-Functional Synergy: bridge global programs with local sales goals and revenue.
• Ecosystem Partnerships & Performance: forge alliances with local actors and monitor community metrics.
