Job summary

SSC Egypt in Dubai seeks a seasoned Financial Controller to lead the finance and accounting functions, prepare financial statements, budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and IFRS.

You will drive cash flow, working capital management, internal controls and risk management, mentoring the finance team and coordinating with auditors, banks and regulators to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant qualification is a must.
• Minimum 14 years of experience as Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and IFRS.
• Expertise in ERP, SAP, Tally, and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete finance and accounting functions of the company.
• Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and audit requirements.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning & analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement strong internal controls and risk management policies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance & accounts team.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision making.
• Oversee cost control, profitability analysis, and MIS reporting.
