A&A Associate in Dubai seeks a motivated Business Setup Advisor to guide entrepreneurs, investors, and companies through UAE registration and expansion. You will assess client needs, propose mainland, free zone, and offshore options, and manage the journey from consultation to successful setup.

The role requires 2–4 years UAE business setup experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of UAE business setup experience.
• Strong understanding of UAE mainland and free zone processes.
• Proven sales performance and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients to understand business activities and objectives.
• Advise on mainland, free zone, and offshore setup options.
• Explain formation procedures, licenses, visas, and corporate structures.
• Prepare customized business setup proposals and quotations.
• Convert leads into clients and manage relationships.
• Coordinate with authorities, zones, banks, PRO teams for formation.
• Maintain client communications and provide updates.
• Identify opportunities for visa processing, banking, accounting, tax, and other services.
• Maintain CRM records and meet sales targets.
• Keep updated on UAE regulations.
