Sia is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with clients across the Middle East, turning generative AI prototypes into production-grade solutions that deliver measurable value. You will own technical delivery, bridge engineering and business stakeholders, and shape the role around your strengths such as agentic systems and enterprise integrations.

The role is hands-on, with opportunities to contribute to Sia's accelerators and training materials.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years' experience in software engineering or applied AI engineering.
• Strong production experience in Python or TypeScript.

Mansioni

• Translate client business needs into scoped, deployable AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Design, build and deploy production-grade LLM systems, including RAG pipelines and tool-calling agents.
• Develop Python or TypeScript services, APIs, connectors and integrations with client data sources.
• Apply engineering best practice: code review, automated testing, CI/CD, logging and monitoring.
