Job summary

Sia is a specialist Management Consulting firm with a global footprint, seeking AI/ML engineers to design and deploy end-to-end AI solutions. You will work on production-grade LLM apps, RAG pipelines and tool-calling agents, collaborating with cross-functional teams across offices in the Middle East and worldwide.

You will translate client needs into deployable AI architectures, ensure governance and security reviews, and contribute to building scalable, maintainable systems on major cloud

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field
• 2 to 6 years' experience in software engineering or applied AI engineering
• Strong production experience in Python or TypeScript
• LLMs and agents running in production, not only prototypes
• Experience building RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents and LLM workflows, with evaluation and safeguards
• Hands-on experience with applied AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, the OpenAI SDK and the Anthropic SDK
• Experience building beyond low-code, including API design and integration across heterogeneous systems
• Experience deploying solutions on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud), with Git and CI/CD
• Experience working in governed enterprise environments (approved libraries and services, data access controls, security reviews)
• Ability to translate client needs into deployable solutions and to explain technical decisions to non-technical audiences
• No certification required
• Professional proficiency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus
• Based in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi)
