HappyRobot is seeking a versatile Forward Deployed Engineer based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). You will work directly with customers to onboard, implement, and support HappyRobot’s AI platform, while also contributing to product development and innovation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored AI solutions, manage complex integrations, and drive quick, high-impact outcomes with ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
• Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Founder mindset: independent, owns outcomes, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing engineering from onboarding to ongoing usage.
• Develop features, MVPs, and scalable solutions.
• Full-stack development with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python.
• Design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML solutions including LLM prompting.
• Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Iterate AI solutions based on customer feedback and evolving requirements.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
