TASC Outsourcing in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, VAT compliance, and monthly reporting. The role supports ERP implementation, data migration, and internal controls within a dynamic finance team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field with 3–5 years UAE experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and FTA requirements.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting / ERP software.
• Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes, and billing documents.
• Review and process supplier invoices and expense claims.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Handle UAE VAT calculations, reconciliations, and VAT return preparation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare required schedules and documentation.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Assist with ERP/accounting software implementation and configuration.
• Support chart of accounts setup, opening balances, workflows, and data migration.
• Train users on accounting systems where required.
• Support improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
