Job summary

Resource Group is seeking an A320 Licensed Engineer to be based in the United Arab Emirates for a VIP client. The candidate will ensure continuing airworthiness and operational readiness of the aircraft both at base and while deployed, in full alignment with UAE GCAA CAR 66 regulations.

The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, inspections, documentation and certification, with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE GCAA CAR 66 B1 Licence, or equivalent suitable for conversion.
• Airbus A320 Family Type Rating (IAE V2500-A5)
• Engine Run Approval
• Experience in line/base maintenance, troubleshooting and certification
• Strong knowledge of Airbus technical documentation and AMOS (preferred)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Native English Speaker

Responsibilities

• Perform and certify line and base maintenance
• Support aircraft during international deployments as Flying Engineer
• Lead maintenance activities and supervise engineering staff
• Troubleshoot aircraft defects and coordinate scheduled maintenance
• Maintain technical records and regulatory compliance
• Promote safety, reliability and operational excellence
