Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai seek a Cluster Corporate Sales Manager to drive corporate growth across two luxury brands in Dubai. You will shape the sales strategy, forge strategic partnerships, and manage key accounts with a focus on revenue expansion and market positioning.

Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with revenue management, and spearhead pre-opening activities for Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive corporate sales experience within luxury hotels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills in Dubai/GCC markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cluster corporate sales strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify key corporate segments and growth opportunities within Dubai and GCC markets.
• Establish sales plans, account strategies, and revenue targets.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to the Cluster Commercial Director.
• Support overall commercial strategy through strong corporate business development.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts.
• Develop long-term partnerships with multinational companies, local businesses, and government organizations.
