Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a project data coordinator in Abu Dhabi to support completion and turnover activities by maintaining the Petro-PCS database, mechanical completion records, and related dossiers throughout construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning.

The role requires a science graduate with experience in project completion systems and data management, willingness to work at project sites, and the ability to produce daily and weekly reports for project teams.

Qualifications

• Science degree or equivalent.
• Experience in project completion systems, turnover or database management.
• Experience with Petro-PCS or similar completions management systems preferred.
• Good data management, reporting and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work at project/site locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Petro-PCS database with project completion and turnover data.
• Compile mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers.
• Maintain latest revisions of drawings, DCNs, FDCNs and As-Built drawings; mark up drawings by subsystem boundaries.
• Issue Check & Test Sheets and Ready for Inspection (RFI) notices through Petro-PCS.
• Record completed check sheets, punch lists and inspection status in relevant databases.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely data entry throughout construction and commissioning.
• Generate daily/weekly completion and punch list reports.
• Coordinate with Lead Operators, QA/QC, HSE and Discipline Engineers as required.
• Support system changes and other turnover/completions activities as directed by the supervisor.
