Job summary

Wood is seeking a Turnover & Completion Administrator in Abu Dhabi to provide administrative and system support to the Turnover & Completions team, ensuring compliance with project specifications and ADNOC standards.

You will manage, track and maintain project completion data in Go Technology systems (Go-Completes, Go-Track, Go-Commissioning) and help compile and hand over documentation from construction to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Turnover & Completions within Oil & Gas EPC projects, preferably with ADNOC
• Proven experience working with Go Technology systems (Go-Completes, Go-Track, Go-Commissioning)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and system support to the Turnover & Completions team per project specifications and ADNOC standards
• Manage, track and maintain project completion data within Go Technology systems
• Ensure accurate compilation, verification and handover of project documentation from construction to commissioning and final handover
