Job summary

Tawasol Solution & Services LLC is seeking an experienced Pile Engineer in the UAE to manage turnkey piling projects and drive business development for piling and heavy machinery rentals. The role covers technical analyses, design assessments, and end-to-end project delivery in a dynamic market.

The candidate will secure and coordinate projects, manage client relations, and contribute to revenue growth through new opportunities and rental engagements. UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in turnkey piling projects and foundation engineering.
• Strong business-development and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey piling and foundation projects from bid to delivery.
• Coordinate piling operations, site teams, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Develop quantities, cost estimates, schedules, and technical proposals.
• Identify new piling and rental opportunities and build client relationships.
