Job summary

Al Rostamani Group seeks an experienced Project Manager for electrical EPC projects in the UAE. You will lead end-to-end execution from contract award to handover, ensuring scope, safety, quality, and contractual obligations are met.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to deliver on time and within cost, while maintaining FAT/SAT procedures and client communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Project Management certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end multiple projects execution from contract award through commissioning and final handover.
Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and execution strategies.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
Coordinate engineering activities related to relay and control panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes, and system integration.
Handover customer specifications, single-line diagrams (SLD), protection philosophies, and technical documentation to design team.
Coordinate procurement activities for long-lead electrical equipment and components.
Monitor manufacturing progress of relay panels and LV switchgear assemblies.
