Job summary

Al Rostamani Group, a diversified UAE conglomerate, seeks an MEP Divisional Manager for Emirates Electrical Engineering. You will oversee the MEP projects division from design to delivery, ensuring profitable, timely, high-quality performance.

The role reports to Operations Manager; responsible for P&L, cost control, resource optimization, EVA tracking, and coordinating with Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain. Excellent leadership and client relations are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Master’s degree in Business Management preferred.
• PMI - PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the MEP division P&L, ensuring profitability through governance.
• Establish systems for monitoring costs and revenues on a project-by-project basis.
• Optimize resource allocation for efficient project execution and cost control.
• Monitor project performance using EVA to track budgets and schedules.
• Oversee project reviews to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
• Lead procurement planning and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain for alignment and risk management.
• Liaise with Technical Manager to integrate energy-efficient solutions into MEP designs.
