Job summary

Al Rostamani Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead turnkey electrical system integration projects, including relay & control panels, LV switchgear, and protection systems.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality and safety across EPC projects in the UAE. A PMP and 10–12 years of experience are preferred for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in EPC/industrial/utilities projects.
• Experience with electrical power distribution, protection systems, and LV switchgear is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with scope, quality, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and testing teams.
