Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE seeks a seasoned Finishing Foreman to lead finishing works and ensure flawless handovers on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. You will coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams to drive snagging, de-snagging, and strict quality control through close-out.

Turkish national is mandatory with 5–8 years’ relevant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication to manage teams and deliver defect-free handovers.

Qualifications

• Turkish national – mandatory
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman / Finishing Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and final handover
• Excellent experience in snagging and de-snagging
• Good knowledge of CRM and snagging management systems
• Experienced in coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ability to coordinate and close all outstanding snags before handover
• Strong knowledge of defect rectification and quality control
• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred
• Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills
• UAE/GCC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams
• Oversee finishing works and ensure timely final handover
• Lead snagging and de-snagging activities
• Ensure defect rectification and quality control during close-out
• Prepare and maintain snag lists and coordinate with stakeholders
