Job summary

Whitespot is seeking an experienced Senior Finishing Foreman to lead finishing activities on high-rise and mixed-use construction projects in Dubai. You will supervise blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, and joinery, ensuring top-quality workmanship while meeting tight schedules.

You will coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, MEP teams, and construction managers, lead subcontractors, and enforce safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Technical qualification in Civil Engineering or construction-related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Finishing Foreman on large-scale building projects.
• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality or luxury villa developments.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and finishing drawings.
• GCC/UAE construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all architectural and finishing works including blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, painting, tiling, marble, grouting, ceilings, and joinery.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specs and project standards.
• Lead and manage site workforce, subcontractors, and trade foremen to meet targets.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, MEP teams, and Construction Managers for smooth execution.
• Conduct regular inspections for quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify construction defects, supervise snagging, and ensure timely punch-list closure.
• Support project completion activities, authority inspections, and handover of units/common areas.
• Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and manpower are available to meet schedules.
• Maintain site safety and compliance with HSE policies.
• Track progress against milestones and report issues.
