BUNYAN ALWATAN GENERAL CONTRACTING & MAINTENANCE is seeking a Finishing Foreman to lead finishing works on ADNOC projects in the United Arab Emirates. On-site role with full-time employment.

You will supervise site crews, coordinate with MEP teams, ensure compliance with ADNOC PTW and Life Saving Rules, and uphold high-quality finishes per shop drawings. The ideal candidate has UAE experience on major oil & gas projects, a valid Job Performer certification, and strong leadership with clear

• Certified ADNOC Job Performer or eligible for certification.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, finishing schedules, and method statements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise finishing works and direct site crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate MEP interfaces and ensure service clearances align with plans.
• Monitor daily output, material usage, and report delays to the Construction Site Manager.
• Enforce HSE practices, conduct toolbox talks, and halt unsafe site activities.
• Inspect finishes against shop drawings and approved submittals for quality.

Job Overview

Finishing Foreman ADNOC Projects

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Finishing Works

Direct site crews and subcontractors handling plastering screeding tiling marble granite installation gypsum ceilings painting and joinery

ADNOC Compliance

Act as a certified Job Performer under the ADNOC Permit to Work PTW system ensuring strict adherence to Life Saving Rules LSR and safety protocols

Quality Control

Inspect architectural finishes daily to guarantee they match approved shop drawings material submittals and high-end project standards

MEP Coordination

Coordinate closely with mechanical electrical and plumbing teams to align finishing cut-outs fixtures and service clearances

Progress Tracking

Monitor daily output manage material usage on-site and report delays or discrepancies directly to the Construction Site Manager

HSE Enforcement

Lead toolbox talks review Job Safety Analyses JSA and halt any unsafe site practices immediately

Regional & Industry Exposure:

Prior UAE experience is mandatory; direct experience working on ADNOC or major Oil & Gas/industrial onshore-offshore projects is required.Certifications: Valid or ADNOC-approved Job Performer certification is mandatory.Technical Skills: Advanced ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, finishing schedules, and method statements.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, practical conflict resolution, and clear communication abilities to manage multi-national work crews and subcontractors.
