Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a Finishing Works Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work in UAE with valid work permits or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing works activities on site, including plastering, painting, tiling, and other surface finishes.
• Ensure the finishing works meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Manage daily workflow and assign tasks to finishing crews effectively.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to safety regulations and site standards.
