We One is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with billing and receivables experience to join our finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate trucking-related invoicing, timely collections, and maintaining clean receivables records.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with 2–3 years in billing, and has exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, plus strong Excel skills and keen analytical ability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in billing and invoicing.
• Experience in trucking industry preferred.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Invoicing customers timely and accurately based on tariffs.
• Perform reconciliations to clear old unbilled items.
• Liaise with stakeholders and customers to resolve disputes.
• Prepare and review billing and adhoc reports.
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation.
