Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead to facilitate PI planning, program backlog decomposition and cross-functional coordination. You will blend PMI-ACP principles with agile practices to ensure efficient release trains across global teams, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement while safeguarding team health and delivery predictability.

Qualifications

8+ years of proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams.
Experience leading enterprise-scale platform modernization or digital transformation programmes from inception to delivery.
Certified SAFe and PMI-ACP with 5+ years of practical application of Scrum Management discipline.
Proficient in using agile governance, ceremonies and velocity tracking.

Responsibilities

Facilitate key ceremonies (PI planning, reviews) and coach teams on Agile practices.
Blend traditional project management with Agile development to fit initiatives of all sizes.
Maintain an agile project management tool and ensure team backlog alignment across levels.
Mentor and develop team members; remove roadblocks and protect the team.
Collaborate with Product and IT Service teams to drive transparency and continuous improvement.
Manage cost estimation sizing and forecasting for initiatives within budgets.
