Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai seeks an experienced treasury sales professional to achieve revenue targets through delivery of CMPS solutions to Retail Banking clients and RMs. You will drive sales, train RMs on CMPS products, and provide timely market updates to protect and grow the bank’s share of wallet.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of Fixed Income, FX, and Structured Products, with a focus on compliance and market intelligence.

Competenze

• Relevant working and sales experience in treasury sales covering Retail/Priority Banking segment.
• Strong aptitude for sales, leads management and deal closure.
• Extensive knowledge of financial markets products such as but not limited to Structured Products, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Equities.
• Knowledge of operational, tax, regulatory issues.
• Excellent communication, sales and presentation skills.
• Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements.
• Ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Meeting individual targets and contributing to CMPS budgets on Structured Products, Fixed Income, FX and Equities.
• Proactive engagement with RMs in marketing CMPS products and improving turnover and profitability.
• Strengthen retail clients’ product penetration in CMPS suite.
• Provide timely market updates and accurate product information to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market movements and provide timely feedback to clients.
• Offer solutions within clients’ risk profile and investment objectives.
• Ensure prompt and accurate execution of clients’ orders.
• Facilitate book-building of treasury products.
• Train RMs in CMPS products and ensure proper system usage.
• Keep abreast of competitors’ pricing and offerings.
• Work on frontline campaigns to drive CMPS products and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Project professionalism in client engagements.
