Job summary

Luxoft in Dubai seeks a Treasury Business Analyst to bridge Treasury, Front Office and Operations. You will gather requirements, map processes, and design functional solutions for global markets initiatives.

The role covers trade lifecycle, accounting mapping, and production support, with close collaboration across risk, finance, and technology teams. You will contribute to planning, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring timely delivery and smooth production adoption of treasury

Qualifications

• Banking/Financial services experience.
• Experience with end-to-end treasury processes and lifecycle events.
• Strong analytical and data-mocing skills in treasury systems.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Treasury Business, Front Office, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams.
• Gather business requirements and define functional solutions for Treasury and Global Markets initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day functional support to Treasury floor and coordinate resolution across stakeholders.
• Support SDLC, planning, backlog refinement and release management.
• Define test scenarios and support SIT/UAT and production validation.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders including Sales & Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations and Tech.
• Perform data reconciliation between source systems and downstream applications.
