Synechron is seeking a Treasury Business Analyst to bridge Treasury, Operations, Finance, Risk and Technology. You will gather requirements, map data flows, and support end-to-end delivery for front-to-back office processes. Strong knowledge of treasury products and markets is essential.

The role requires 11–14 years of relevant experience, with deep exposure to Trade lifecycle, GL mappings, and regulatory reporting implications. Dubai-based role in a leading financial services environment.

Formación

• 6-10 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 4 years in Treasury/Capital Markets domain.
• End-to-end project delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers business requirements from Treasury Front/Middle/Back Office, Risk, Finance and Ops.
• Prepares BRD, FRD, User Stories and design docs.
• Manages data mapping, process flows and gap analyses.
