Job summary

finera. is seeking a Treasury Officer to support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and data integrity across banking and payment platforms.

You will work with the Head of Treasury to keep cash visibility accurate and drive automation using AI-assisted reconciliation tools. The role emphasizes reporting, analytics, and collaboration across fintech ecosystems, with a focus on accuracy and audit-ready processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of treasury/financial operations experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of bank reconciliations and general ledger fundamentals.
• Experience with TMS or ERP systems is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets.
• Awareness of safeguarding regulations and client fund segregation principles.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash position and treasury KPI reports.
• Build dashboards including variance analysis and narratives.
• Support board reporting with accurate treasury data.
• Maintain auditable reporting templates and docs.
• Investigate reconciliation exceptions and trace root causes.
• Ensure bank feeds integrations are accurate across currencies.
• Support intercompany cash transfers and liquidity forecasting.
• Assist with automation tools and AI-assisted reconciliation.
• Coordinate with bank relationship managers and IT for issues.
