Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA is seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to oversee daily treasury operations, optimize liquidity, and strengthen banking relationships across our Dubai-based finance teams.

The role requires strong cash forecasting, working capital management, and risk oversight to support the company's financial objectives. You will implement treasury policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with accounting to deliver timely, accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in treasury management, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, and working capital.
• Experience in managing banking relationships and financing facilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations, cash positioning, and liquidity management.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure funds meet obligations.
• Manage working capital and optimize cash utilization.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Oversee banking facilities, financing arrangements, and payments.
• Monitor FX exposure, interest rate changes, and financial risks.
• Prepare treasury reports and support financial planning.
• Develop treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and reporting.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting to ensure timely treasury operations.
