Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong experience in treasury and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, banking regulations, and treasury management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation skills for banking and financial transactions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of VAT and tax compliance UAE/KSA.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash positions, bank balances and cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities and compliance with banking regulations.
• Plan and execute supplier payments, inter-company fund transfers and foreign exchange transactions with proper approvals.
• Develop and implement cash management strategies, negotiate banking terms and optimize costs.
• Supervise monthly financial reporting, trial balance reviews and general ledger analysis.
• Ensure timely VAT and CT returns and adherence to financial regulations.
• Work closely with auditors to complete statutory audits and maintain financial transparency.
• Monitor AR/AP aging, ensuring timely invoicing, payments and reconciliation.
• Oversee payroll processing, expense tracking and fund availability for business operations.
• Prepare in-house and ad-hoc reports for management decision-making and strategic planning.
