Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA is seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to oversee daily treasury operations, manage cash flow and liquidity, and strengthen banking relationships. The role supports the organization’s financial objectives and requires collaboration with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely treasury activities.

Key responsibilities include cash positioning, forecasting, working capital optimization, and maintaining robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in treasury management, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, and working capital.
• Experience in managing banking relationships and financing facilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, cash positioning, and liquidity requirements.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure funds are available to meet obligations.
• Oversee working capital management and optimize cash utilization across the organization.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Manage banking facilities, financing arrangements, and payment operations.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposure, interest rate fluctuations, and financial risks.
• Prepare treasury reports and provide insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely treasury operations.
