Job summary

NicheHR Global is seeking a Treasury Manager / Head of Treasury in Dubai to lead liquidity management, risk control, and funding strategies across geographies. The role reports to the CFO and sits in the Finance department.

Ideal candidates have 8-15 years in treasury within multinational, multi-currency settings, with strong financial acumen and governance mindset. Prior experience with FX, derivatives, and banking relationships is highly valued.

Qualifications

• CA/chartered accountant qualification required.
• 8-15 years of treasury experience.
• Experience in multinational, multi-currency environments.
• Exposure to Africa and emerging markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize cash flow, liquidity, and funding across geographies.
• Manage relationships with local and international banks and negotiate facilities.
• Plan and execute short- and long-term funding strategies; manage debt portfolio.
• Oversee trade finance and working capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Drive treasury systems implementation and produce MIS on cash, debt and risk.
• Lead and develop the treasury team and ensure governance and accountability.
