Job summary

Aroma City Group is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager for its holding group in Dubai. The role leads liquidity strategies, manages banking relationships, and oversees risk management across multiple UAE subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in corporate treasury with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields, fluent in English and Arabic. Immediate joiners preferred; 5-day work week, UAE residents only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate finance and treasury experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide liquidity strategies, monitor and optimize daily cash positioning across all business units.
• Serve as primary liaison with local and international banks to negotiate facilities and fees.
• Manage loan agreements, revolvers, covenants, and refinancing aligned with growth plans.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including hedging for interest rate and FX exposure.
• Oversee intercompany lending, dividends, liquidity pooling, and capital allocations across subsidiaries.
• Maintain UAE regulatory compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and treasury standards.
• Prepare monthly treasury analyses, variance forecasts, and risk dashboards for the CFO and exec committee.
