Job summary

Legend Holding Group in Dubai seeks a seasoned Head of Treasury to lead the Group Treasury across business units, ensuring liquidity, funding, and capital efficiency. You will report to the Group CFO, overseeing cash management, banking relationships, debt financing, and treasury modernization.

The role demands deep treasury expertise, strategic acumen, and the ability to partner with senior executives and lenders to drive growth and governance across the Group.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive Treasury and Corporate Finance experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading a Treasury function at Group level.
• Proven track record in debt raising and funding optimization.
• Significant banking relationship management experience.
• Experience managing complex funding structures and multiple financing facilities.
• Strong exposure to treasury operations, liquidity management, and risk management.
• Experience developing and implementing treasury policies and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group Treasury Strategy.
• Optimize the Group's capital structure to support growth.
• Lead debt raising, refinancing, and funding activities.
• Structure and negotiate facilities and working capital arrangements.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Ensure liquidity to support growth and operations.
• Oversee treasury controls, governance, and risk management.
• Lead treasury transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
