Job summary

Space42 seeks a seasoned Manager of Treasury and Banking in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee cash management, liquidity, debt facilities, and banking relationships to optimize financial performance. Lead treasury analytics, risk management, and regulatory compliance while mentoring the treasury team.

You will collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations to align treasury initiatives with corporate goals and ensure robust controls within a dynamic SpaceTech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury and banking operations.
• Experience with debt facilities and FX/interest rate hedging and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash management to optimize liquidity and obligations.
• Manage debt facilities including term loans, bridges, and ECA-backed facilities.
• Coordinate bank treasury operations and ensure compliance with covenants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Lead CapEx program reviews and coordinate with project owners.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support treasury decisions.
• Develop and maintain treasury policies and controls.
