Job summary

Space42, the UAE-based AI-powered SpaceTech company, is seeking a Manager of Treasury and Banking to oversee cash management, liquidity and banking relationships. You will drive treasury operations to optimize financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating with accounting, finance and operations teams.

The role requires strong experience in debt facilities, hedging, and treasury systems, with leadership of a treasury team and regular reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury and banking operations.
• Forecasting and business partnering experience translating analysis into insights.
• Experience with debt facilities and financial risk management including FX hedging.
• Experience with treasury tools and systems (TMS, Oracle) to support cash management, reporting and controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification in Finance or Treasury (ACT, CFA or ACA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash management and liquidity optimization.
• Manage debt facilities and funding arrangements.
• Administer trade finance and bank guarantees.
• Cultivate banking relationships and negotiate terms.
• Lead CapEx program reviews and spend tracking.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting for treasury ops.
• Develop treasury policies and internal controls.
• Lead KYC and regulatory compliance for banks.
