Job summary

ACCA Careers in Abu Dhabi seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager in Financial Risk Management to lead treasury advisory for corporate clients, reviewing strategies, cash/liquidity management, hedging approaches and treasury system selection and implementation.

You will manage multiple treasury projects, lead teams to deliver high-quality results, develop client relationships and generate practical, innovative insights for clients and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 7+ years experience in corporate treasury or consultancy/Big 4.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or CFA are desirable.
• Strong numerical skills with evidence of advanced financial modeling.
• Experience with treasury systems such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP HANA, GTreasury, ION.

Responsibilities

• Provide treasury advisory services including cash/liquidity management and hedging strategies.
• Review and implement treasury policies, target operating models and systems.
• Manage multiple treasury projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Lead teams and deliver high-quality results while mentoring staff.
• Develop relationships and identify new opportunities for clients.
