Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Transportation Safety Specialist to drive the implementation of the Transportation Safety framework across sites and contractors, focusing on journey management, vehicle safety, and safety data analytics.

You will conduct field audits, monitor driver behavior using IVMS-like systems, lead investigations, and coordinate with authorities to raise safety performance while ensuring compliance with ADNOC HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• Internationally recognized certification in Transportation Safety.
• Minimum 5 years in road safety and related training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field audits, inspections, and spot checks on vehicles and journey management.
• Monitor driver behavior and vehicle performance data to detect unsafe trends and drive improvements.
• Lead investigations of road incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with site teams to close gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.
