Job summary

JAM Event Services is seeking two professional multilingual translators for a luxury event at Dubai Mall in Dubai, UAE. You will provide live translation among English, French and Arabic for guests, the client team, and event staff across six days.

This is a translator/multilingual guest relations role, not a hostess position. Fluency in English, French and Arabic is required, with experience in translation or multilingual guest relations preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, French and Arabic, spoken; written an advantage.
• Proven translator/interpreter or multilingual guest relations background.
• Experience with luxury brands, high-end retail or premium events preferred.
• Confident and discreet when interacting with VIP guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide live in-person translation between English, French and Arabic for guests, client team and staff.
• Support VIP guests and clients, ensuring a polished and welcoming experience.
• Assist with guest briefings, product explanations and enquiries, conveying information accurately.
• Relay information clearly between on-site teams to keep the event running smoothly.
• Represent the brand to a high standard in a luxury retail setting throughout each shift.
• Flag guest needs or issues to the event lead promptly.

Working Hours: 12 hours per day

About the Role

Requirements
