Job summary

Salt in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Transformation & Project Specialist to support business transformation initiatives, project coordination, and continuous improvement activities.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery, streamline processes, and drive organisational improvement initiatives, handling planning, reporting, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in project coordination, business transformation, PMO, or operational excellence.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in process improvement and change management.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
