Job summary

Foreground Consultancy seeks a Head of Strategy & Transformation to steer strategic planning, transformation programs, and execution governance across the group in the UAE. You will partner with the board and executive teams to define long-term priorities and track delivery.

You will establish a PMO discipline, build transformation roadmaps, and manage cross-functional initiatives while serving as a bridge between strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting.
• Exposure to multi-business environments and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in UAE or GCC markets preferred.

The Role

The Head of Strategy & Transformation will lead strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and execution governance across the group. This role will support the board and executive leadership in defining long-term priorities and tracking delivery. A key responsibility will be managing cross-functional initiatives, performance dashboards, and transformation roadmaps. The role will also establish PMO discipline and decision frameworks. This position will act as a bridge between strategy and execution.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting. Strong exposure to multi-business environments and executive stakeholders is essential. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate analytical strength, executive presence, and change leadership capability. Experience building PMOs or transformation offices is a strong advantage.
