Job summary

The Thinksters in Dubai is hiring an experienced Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale strategic transformation program for a major diversified holding company. You will work with senior executives and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution plans and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Experience at MBB, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Strategy& or similar leading firms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, implementation plans, and measurable deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple transformation workstreams across business units.
• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, governance structures, and project management processes.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, project updates, and steering committee presentations.
• Conduct business analysis, performance assessments, and value realization metrics.
• Support AI transformation, digital strategy, automation, and AI adoption roadmaps.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams on AI-driven transformation initiatives.
