Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in transfer pricing or international taxation, strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and Pillar 2, and excellent analytical skills for evaluating cross-border profitability in a dynamic multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation.
• Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Pillar 2 / GloBE Rules.
• Ability to analyze profitability across jurisdictions and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Partner coordination: manage global engagement with partners for transfer pricing support.
• Transfer pricing reporting: coordinate preparation of documentation across the Group.
• Profitability monitoring: monitor profitability ranges for controlled transactions and flag deviations.
• Pillar 2 (OECD GloBE) impact assessment: assess effects on Group and identify tax risks.
• International projects and compliance: support setup of new Group companies and compliance outside Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner coordination: Manage the global engagement with our partners for transfer pricing support, including assigning tasks, coordinating deliverables, and keeping timelines on track.
• Transfer pricing reporting: Oversee and coordinate the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and reporting across the Group.
• Profitability monitoring: Regularly monitor profitability ranges for controlled transactions and flag any material deviations to management.
• Pillar 2 (OECD GloBE) impact assessment: Lead the assessment of how Pillar 2 requirements may affect the Group, identify potential tax risks, and support necessary changes to internal processes and corporate structure.
• International projects and compliance (additional responsibilities offering exposure to broader international tax and corporate matters):
  • Support the setup and incorporation of new Group companies in foreign jurisdictions.
  • Ensure ongoing tax and corporate compliance for existing Group companies outside Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation ideally within a consulting firm, or relevant experience in a large international holding company with a complex multi-country structure.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, Pillar 2 / GloBE Rules, transfer pricing requirements across different jurisdictions, and financial analysis.
• Personal qualities: Attention to details, Thoughtfulness, Wholistic approach to things.
• Languages: English B2+, confident in international environment, knowledge of Ukrainian is preferred.
