Ajax Systems is a leading international security technology company with a global footprint. We are seeking a transfer pricing specialist to coordinate global engagement, prepare documentation, and monitor profitability across jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in transfer pricing or international taxation, strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and Pillar 2, and excellent analytical skills for evaluating cross-border profitability in a dynamic multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation.
• Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Pillar 2 / GloBE Rules.
• Ability to analyze profitability across jurisdictions and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Partner coordination: manage global engagement with partners for transfer pricing support.
• Transfer pricing reporting: coordinate preparation of documentation across the Group.
• Profitability monitoring: monitor profitability ranges for controlled transactions and flag deviations.
• Pillar 2 (OECD GloBE) impact assessment: assess effects on Group and identify tax risks.
• International projects and compliance: support setup of new Group companies and compliance outside Ukraine.
