Job summary

Ajax Systems in Dubai seeks a Transfer Pricing & International Tax Analyst to oversee OECD Pillar 2 compliance, TP reporting, and cross-border tax planning. You will coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely deliverables.

The role requires 3+ years in transfer pricing or international taxation, strong analytical skills, and English (B2+) in a fast-paced, global environment. Ukrainian language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation.
• Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Pillar 2 / GloBE Rules.
• Fluency in English (B2+); Ukrainian knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner coordination: manage engagement with our partners for transfer pricing support and track deliverables.
• Transfer pricing reporting: oversee preparation of TP documentation across the Group.
• Profitability monitoring: monitor ranges for controlled transactions and flag deviations.
• Pillar 2 impact: assess effects of Pillar 2 requirements and advise changes.
• International projects: support setup of new Group companies and compliance abroad.
