Job summary

AJAX SYSTEMS TRADING DMCC is seeking a transfer pricing and international taxation professional with 3+ years of experience. You will coordinate global partner engagements, oversee documentation and reporting, and lead Pillar 2/GloBE impact assessments across multi-country operations.

The role involves supporting expansion into foreign jurisdictions and ensuring ongoing tax and corporate compliance for Group companies outside Ukraine. Strong analytical skills and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation within a consulting firm or large international holding with multi-country structure.
• Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Pillar 2 / GloBE Rules.
• Experience with analyzing financial data and multi-jurisdiction transfer pricing requirements.
• Attention to details and holistic approach to tasks.
• English language proficiency at B2+; Ukrainian knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner coordination: manage global engagement with partners for transfer pricing support, assign tasks and keep timelines on track.
• Transfer pricing reporting: oversee preparation of documentation and reporting across the Group.
• Pillar 2 / GloBE impact assessment: lead assessment, identify risks, support process and structure updates.
• Support setup and incorporation of new Group companies in foreign jurisdictions; ensure compliance for entities outside Ukraine.
