Job summary

GAL is seeking a Specialist – Training Standards and Evaluation to join our Training Centre of Excellence in Abu Dhabi. You will support quality assurance across military and aviation training, validating programs and ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in training QA, with experience in military or technical training environments being highly desirable. Proficiency in SAT/ADDIE and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAT/ADDIE-based design and evaluation.
• Experience auditing training programs and compiling evaluation reports.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient with MS Office, esp. Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training quality audits and internal validation activities.
• Review course design documentation, objectives and assessment methods.
• Evaluate instructional delivery and trainer performance.
• Analyze feedback and prepare course evaluation reports.
• Ensure compliance of assessment processes and training records.
• Support accreditation activities and TMS compliance.
