GAL is seeking a Quality Assurance/Compliance Monitoring Officer to support the QA strategy for an aviation maintenance site in Abu Dhabi. You will capture KPI data, report health metrics to the QA Manager and program teams, and help drive continual improvement of the quality management system.

The role requires 8+ years in aviation QA/auditing, an FAA A&P license (IA preferred), and IRCA/RAB assessor credentials. Will travel between sites as required.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in aviation related studies or equivalent of 10 years in aviation QA/auditing.
• FAA A&P License (prefer IA) and aerospace assessor certification.
• Experience with quality management systems and auditing standards.

Responsabilités

• Support the QA strategy within the aviation maintenance site.
• Conduct scheduled site auditing per GAL maintenance contract.
• Develop QA KPI data and report to maintenance program management.
• Perform compliance audits and root-cause analysis for corrective actions.
• Analyze data and provide monthly management reports.
• Drive continual improvement of the quality management system.
• Maintain familiarity with military regulations and OEM drawings.
• Travel between maintenance sites and headquarters as needed.
