Job summary

Hire Rightt - Executive Search & HR Advisory in Dubai seeks an experienced Training & Talent Management lead to design, develop, deliver and administer programs that boost knowledge, skills, behaviors and performance to drive strategic objectives.

You will design interventions, manage assessments and leadership development initiatives, analyze talent data for workforce planning, and oversee the annual training calendar and budgets to ensure quality and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline; CIPD or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years HR experience, including at least 3 years in Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management and OD strategies.
• Experience with succession planning and related assessment tools.

You will be responsible to design, develop, deliver and administer training programs that enhance employee knowledge, skills, behaviors, and performance to support the company attain its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities -

• Design and deliver training interventions aligned with talent and organizational strategy, addressing identified skill gaps.
• Design and manage assessment centers, behavioral assessments, interviews, and psychometric evaluations
• Analyze talent data and provide insights to support workforce planning and talent decisions
• Conduct training needs analysis and manage the annual training calendar across internal and external programs.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage training budgets, external vendors, and partnerships to ensure quality and ROI.
• Measure training effectiveness through metrics, dashboards, and post-training evaluations.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; CIPD or equivalent professional certification is preferred
• Minimum 7 years' HR experience, including at least 3 years specializing in Talent Management
• Strong understanding of Talent Management and OD strategies
• Experience with succession planning and related assessment tools
