Job summary

BLR WORLD is seeking a Training Manager for Visitor Operations in Abu Dhabi. You will lead learning development and competency framework for front-of-house operations, designing and delivering induction programs and ongoing training to meet contractual KPIs and service standards.

You will manage the full training lifecycle, maintain audit-ready evidence, and collaborate with client representatives, HR and subcontractors to align training with site policies and visitor standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in HR/education/hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in learning & development with at least 2 years in training within hospitality cultural institutions or visitor attractions.
• Proven experience designing induction and training programs in KPI-driven client-contracted environments.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve induction training and performance development programs.
• Oversee full employee development lifecycle from onboarding to annual performance reviews.
• Maintain an auditable training records and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop, implement and maintain training needs analyses by role.
• Monitor policy updates and translate them into training interventions.
• Produce monthly training and compliance reports and manage training budgets.
